Pangolin is a world leader in the field of software for SMS/MMS messaging as well as laser display applications. Pangolin software has won more than 20 international awards for technical excellence and innovation, and Pangolin's Interactive Messaging Unlimited text messaging software has been featured in more than 30 trade journals and industry publications.

Pangolin has been providing software to entertainment-related industries since 1986, and has been providing software to the mobile messaging industry since 2000. Pangolin released the next-generation SMS platform, Interactive Messaging Unlimited, in 2002, and has published six major revisions since its initial release.

  William R. Benner, Jr. is President and CTO of Pangolin. As President, he sets the general strategic direction for the company and oversees all aspects of company operations. As CTO, he is in charge of all hardware and software development as well as research for new products and new directions. 
Benner has been active in the entertainment software community since 1985 and the wireless community since 2000. In addition to his current role at Pangolin, he also served on a number of boards as well as serving for seven years as ILDA's Technical Committee Chairman.
Benner received gold medals in United States Skill Olympics as well as International Skill Olympics trials, while competing in the field of electronics. He holds numerous issued and pending US and International Patents, and has received personal letters of commendation from former U.S. President Ronald Reagan and former Florida Governor Bob Graham. He has articles published in the SMPTE Journal, The Laserist, LaserFX, US Tech magazine and Motorola's Embedded Connection magazine, and is an author of the Amazon.com best-selling business novel Game Changers.


  Paulo Auge  is Pangolin's Operations Engineer. Paulo provides direct support, advice and consulting trough research of new trends and technologies to critical aspects of the organization.
Paulo is integral in many other company operations ranging from troubleshooting, shipping preparations, quality assurance and graphic design as well as marketing initiatives encompassing product collateral development, and marketing tools. His broad range of experience is backed with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Central Florida. Paulo is well versed in Interactive Messaging Unlimited and has used it personally at mobile messaging tradeshows.
  Justin Perry  is Pangolin's Marketing and Customer Support specialist. Justin has been in the business and marketing arena since 2004. He graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration focusing on finance and Marketing. Justin went on to work for J and L Marketing, developing marketing campaigns and conducting marketing research in the automotive industry. Currently he is working on developing market campaigns for Pangolin's existing and upcoming products.  
  Alexey Sinitsyn  received a degree from the Kharkov Air-Space University. His specialties include computers, computing algorithms, computing systems and networks. Alexey is currently the lead programmer on many of Pangolin's projects, including Lasershow Designer peripheral programs and Interactive Messaging Unlimited mobile messaging software.  
  Valery Furmanov  received a degree from the Kharkov Air-Space University. His specialties include computers, computing algorithms, GUI design, system software and networks. Valery is our resident expert for Custom Controls development (all of those pretty buttons, toolbars, scrolling panels, etc.) as well as MCI, DirectX, and the underlying nuts and bolts that most people never see.
